3b is way below what this character is worth. I recently sold a similar character with only 2.5b skillpoints for 2.2b, this toon is easily worth 4b if not closer to 5b, hold out for a better price.

There is for sure a market for these toons, chance taker you can probably get about 3b for because of the skill points and mr boobies about 2b if you get lucky, because the amounts are so low I would reccomend you pay the $20 usd transfer fee inst...
